Sama Samah Hotel

The only thing going for this place is the location. The rooms were tiny, dirty, smelled bad, and had bugs. The staff and service were poor too. We changed hotels after one night. I wouldn’t recommend it even if the quad room cost 100 riyal. Don’t go.

The room was cramped, and the bedsheets and pillows were dirty. The restroom was disgusting, to the point where I couldn’t stay in it for even a minute. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, staff mistreated us, and the lifts were very disruptive. For what they charge, the hotel should be renovated. I wouldn’t stay unless you want to feel sick and nauseous whenever you enter your room. Update: I spoke with hotel management about the service. They responded positively and tried to address the issues. Things have been going smoothly so far, and I currently have no complaints about the service. I hope they keep improving. May almighty Allah bless them all.

At first I was surprised, the hotel seemed so nice and the room was clean and lovely, mashallah. Then I thought, five stars? No, zero stars. Now it’s a disaster: the room cleaning hasn’t changed, nothing has changed, and there’s no water in the bottle inside the room.

The room smelled bad and was dusty, making it hard to sleep when I came back from Masjid to rest each night. I stayed four nights in room number 501 on the 5th floor. There was a dead bird at the window. I called the duty person to clean it, but he never did. The main Ibrahim khalil road location may be convenient for visitors, but I can’t recommend the hotel after this experience.
