The staff make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, greeting guests with warm smiles and a friendly manner. They're professional in how they look, act, and speak with guests. Special thanks to Mr. Muhammad Ramadhan, who handles every situation with grace and courtesy.
The service here is good. Thanks to Muhammad ramadhan, the manager, for doing a very good job. By the way, I was in room 1010, here as a Hajj pilgrim from Indonesia in 2024.
Thanks to the hotel, Mr.Mohamed Ramadan, reception staff Nesreen and Mr Rayyan, and the big manager Mr Bassam. I hope you're doing well every year.
It's a comfortable hotel at an affordable price in Raudhah sub urb. The location is strategic, near gate 320 Masjid Nabawi, and street food is easy to find.
Really great hotel and hospitality 🙏🙏 especially from Mr. Muhammad.
