The cleaning team was available from 4:00 am to 8:30 pm, and the rooms were kept clean. The hotel's location is convenient, but our stay was uncomfortable because the rooms were so cramped. There were eight of us and we got two rooms with four beds each, though each room really seemed suited to only two or three beds. There was barely room to move, and nowhere to offer prayers (Namaz) inside.

The room service and reception staff were rude and badly behaved, and the rooms were filthy. The beds were very poor quality too. There was a kettle in the room but no cup, and when I asked for one they said they couldn't give me a cup. They didn't provide water either, and charged 10 SAR for a small bottle. Worst experience ever, absolutely not recommended. Please be safe.

It's a clean hotel, and the staff behaved well. The Haram isn't very close, but warm water was available and there was a kettle in the room. I was satisfied and would recommend it.

Good location, about an 8-minute walk to HARAM. We are grateful for how comfortable and relaxing our one month and six days stay was. The friendly staff made our time at the YASMIN.... Hotel from March 2nd to April 6th 2025 memorable. House Keeper RASEL and his supervisor were courteous, considerate, warm, and helpful. RASEL gave us some of the best customer service we've experienced, truly the best of the best (maa shaa Allah). Osama FAROOQ, the Manager, was also friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Thanks. JazakAllah Khairan, Mr & Mrs LOUKMAN AJIBADE.

The price was reasonable, the receptionist was polite, and the rooms were clean. It took about a 10-minute walk to Haram. My only issue was that housekeeping came just once during my three-day stay.
