Dear Owner, I left my Apple tab behind in room 701 on the seventh floor. I stayed there yesterday, January 30, 2026. Please leave it with the staff. I'll be back in Makkah next Friday with my family and will collect it then. Could you give us your number so I can contact you? This is urgent.

The two elevators are constantly crowded. We wait for them and they arrive full. The rooms have no housekeeping unless we pay for every task. We have to take the garbage to the bin on each floor ourselves, and no one changes the linens, vacuums, or brings tissues or water when we ask. The mattresses, blankets, and pillows are worn out. The refrigerator smelled so bad we couldn't use it, and asking staff to fix the problem got us nowhere. There was a piece of wood in the bathroom that looked like a rat's nest, and other guests reported small cockroaches in their rooms. The shower cabin is run-down and has disgusting stains that aren't cleaned.
