The building itself is okay, and the shuttle was the only service I found acceptable. My room wasn’t cleaned during either of my stays, first for three days and then for five. They only took the garbage after I asked at the counter, and even then there was an argument. The staff offered no cooperation. Pathetic service.
I was fairly satisfied. The hotel is about 5 to 6 km from Masjid Haram and has a free shuttle. There’s a separate floor for meals, another with a Pakistani restaurant, and one floor for Masjid. There aren’t other food shops nearby, though. It would be good to have some fast food options like "Roz Bukhari" around.
It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Masjidil Haram. A room fits four people, and all the services were good.
The hotel is well maintained, and the shared bus service to haram is nice.
Nice staff and excellent hospitality. The shuttle service was good too.
