The room itself was nice and clean, but the service was awful. Less than ten minutes after checking in, before I'd even used the bathroom, I turned on the shower and found the faucet valve loose. It was already broken or close to breaking. Staff blamed me and fined me, saying I'd caused the damage. They said it wasn't their problem. Even after I paid, they couldn't repair it that day because the plumber was due the next day. After I objected, they moved me to another room. Customer service shapes a hotel's reputation more than its facilities, and the receptionist showed no respect for guests. Where was the management? I'm giving one star only because the rating system requires it. The hotel's clean and nice, but its service doesn't deserve even that. Customer care is the measure of the tourism business.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the service and cleanliness are both completely wrong. This used to be my favorite hotel, but now it's become nothing. I have to look after everything myself, and there's not even a phone in the apartment, so I have to call reception from my mobile.

The receptionist was very respectful and had a classy manner. The price was excellent, and the place was clean and well organized, with great attention to detail. The cleanliness speaks for itself. They deserve thanks and appreciation, and I give this rating sincerely. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

I stayed four days. The room was clean, but the staff weren't helpful. On the fourth day, a school day, I asked for a discount and they refused, saying the price was fixed. I found the rate much higher than online. When I raised that, they said it was normal because the website adds tax. But the website should cost more than booking at the hotel, not less. It felt like blatant manipulation, and they didn't try to understand or address my concern. The hotel is also far from the Holy Mosque, religious sites, and shopping centers. This was my first stay and will be my last. Honesty, transparency, and making an effort to win a guest's trust matter more than anything.
