The bathroom was filthy, wasn’t attached to the room, and never seemed to get properly cleaned. There was hair everywhere. On top of that, the room lock was broken, and management refused to repair it even after a week, so each time we went to Masjid Nabawi we had to leave the room unlocked. Management was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. It was a terrible stay. I’d never recommend the place. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

It’s an apartment with large rooms and a kitchen shared with others. The Haram is two and a half kilometers away, though there’s a bus you can take to get there. The staff could use better judgment. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in Madinah. Nothing was managed properly and there was nothing good about it. Everything was very low quality, worse than any one-star hotel. Please don’t stay here. If you decide to anyway, you’re taking the risk yourself. To me, this place is worth less than the sidewalk.
