A really bad experience, and the reception was bad too. There's no need to stay at this hotel.

We'd booked and paid for all the rooms for seven people for two nights, and everything had been confirmed. But when we arrived to check in at 11 pm, the manager cancelled the booking without warning. Mehmoud, the manager, was an Egyptian guy who was very impolite and seemed to just want to go to sleep. We were new to the city, and he didn't even try to suggest another option. Worst hotel ever.

The staff were excellent, and the rooms were clean, excellent, and had working Wi-Fi. Smoking is allowed in the hotel, though, which can be a problem if you don't smoke. The location is another drawback if you're visiting Medinah for Masjid Al Nabawai. It's about 23 miles from the Masjid, so you'll need transportation. It could work well if you have a car, or if you're on honeymoon or vacation.

The rooms are good, but the washroom is very small and smells really bad. The drainage system isn't working.
