The convenient location and friendly, helpful staff were the best parts of our family stay in Madinah. Masjid Nabawi was about a 15-minute walk away, and the underground parking was handy. It seemed quite small and might fill quickly when things are busy, though there’s a large outdoor parking area nearby if it does. The stay was okay, but not as comfortable as we’d hoped. Our two-bed family room felt cramped and was noticeably smaller than expected. The carpet looked dirty and needs a deep clean or replacement. The air conditioning was very loud, with what seemed like just two options, full blast or off, so it was hard to keep the temperature comfortable at night. Cleaner rooms, more space, and better temperature control would have made a big difference.

The rooms were neat and tidy, and cleaned nicely. It was about a 10-minute walk to the masjid, with shops around and a nice desi restaurant next door. I stayed four nights in a twin room and would come back. Iftar was included, with a wide spread of really wholesome food.

I had a really bad stay and wouldn’t recommend the hotel. The room was spacious, but the bathroom smelled bad and the shower didn’t work properly. I asked staff to change the bedding and take care of the bathroom. I had a B&B package, but the food wasn’t good, and some plates and cups were broken or cracked. I showed the manager a couple of photos, but nothing changed.

The rooms were okay, though the shower hot water wasn’t working. Breakfast was good every day, and Mohamed, who I think was in charge of the dining hall, made the experience amazing.

The breakfast was very good, and the bedrooms were good too. It’s a good hotel about a 10-minute walk from Haram. Room service was good, but the bathroom was very small and its exhaust fans didn’t work. They confirmed parking but didn’t arrange it, so there was no parking facility available. At checkout, the staff at reception didn’t help us get our luggage into the car, even though service staff were present.
