Oyo 186 Al Taif Gate Suites

The hotel was clean, and so was the swimming pool. I stayed with my family, and the staff were very good. Breakfast was around 25 riyals and was amazing. We loved it.

The employees were poorly behaved, especially the reception staff, who treated us badly.

I stayed here in May and got an extra two hours at checkout, which was helpful. The staff were very nice, the rooms were big enough for a family, and cleanliness was up to the mark. The internet worked well too. Its location is promising, outside the city traffic but still close to town, and you can find everything within 3Km.

I used to stay here regularly for business about 1.5 years ago and liked it. Back then, service was good, breakfast buffet was complimentary, and the prices were cheap. Now the buffet costs extra and room rates are twice as high. There’s no tea, coffee, or even water, and they’re missing nearly all the basic hotel amenities. This time I booked two two-bedroom apartments for my family, and they were disappointed. The old management was better. I hope this helps anyone visiting taif.
