We were there for six days and nobody bothered to clean the room. I asked several times to have the bed sheet changed, but who cares? The service was very poor. This hotel is badly managed, in one sentence.

Alhamdulillah, the hotel's in a nice spot in Madaina markaziya, just a one-minute walk to haram. The hotel is nice, super clean, and has a nice reception.

They charge 300 riyal for a room with no A/C, what a scam. The room quality was disgusting, and they don't clean anything. It left me feeling disgusted. Not recommended.

The bathroom was filthy, the walls were dirty, and the sheets still had hair on them and smelled awful. The room had a terrible smell too. Bad service and a really bad experience overall. 😕

I waited two hours after arriving for the room to be ready, and later they wouldn’t let me add one more day to my booking, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The room was small, the bathroom drain leaked, and the kettle was dirty. The fridge didn’t work at first, though they replaced it after I asked. There weren’t any other recreational facilities or restaurants serving Arabic food, just a poor coffee stand by the entrance. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel anymore.
