The elevators were very limited, with long waits that would be especially inconvenient for elderly pilgrims. At night, staff talked loudly in the corridors and disturbed guests trying to sleep. I also saw some staff smoking, and cigarette smoke came into our room. It made the air uncomfortable and caused breathing trouble and shortness of breath, so resting was impossible. The carpets and curtains were dusty and old, and the hotel felt dirty and poorly maintained. Staff seemed careless and unprofessional, and the service felt low-class. They appeared poorly trained, with outdated, inefficient management. The price doesn't match the service, and the hotel doesn't meet the standard of dignity I'd expect in Madinah. I strongly don't recommend it. There are better nearby options for cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism.
