The room was roomy, and my stay at Al Marzam Hotel was mostly positive, but a few things need attention. The ride to the Haram takes about 10 minutes by bus. Getting back is less straightforward because the return bus has no set schedule. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, the water pressure was very slow, and the hose pipe didn’t work properly. The room door was hard to open, and the electronic key kept failing, so I had to go to reception to get it fixed. Reception staff didn’t seem professional. I was also concerned about child safety. The window opens fully very easily, even for a 2-year-old child, and a fall would go straight onto the main road. The hotel is acceptable, but service, maintenance, staff behavior, and child safety all need improvement.

The staff were clean and the best. I stayed 4 nights, and while the location is a bit far, the 24/7 shuttle makes it manageable. There’s only 1 bus, though, so you need patience when traveling to and from masjid e nabwi.

The rooms are clean, and the people here are wonderful, friendly, and hospitable. The hotel is a little far from Alharam, but they provide buses to take us there.

There’s a school nearby, and it gets really noisy, which defeats the point of taking a room to avoid noise. The hotel charges too much as well. It’s not close to the mosque, and their bus service is late. They dropped us at the mosque but forgot to pick us up.

The hotel is very clean, with excellent employees and an excellent shuttle service. It’s a bit far from the mosque, but only 5 minutes by bus or taxi. There’s also a nice supermarket next door where you can find anything you need. I stayed for 4-5 days and would definitely recommend it. I’d like to stay here again.
