Only consider booking here if your budget is very low. The bedroom was spacious, but a two-bedroom flat had just one TV. The kitchen was basically also the kitchen, and the shower was practically over the toilet. We got only two toilet rolls and two towels for four people over seven days. Cleaning seemed nonexistent. When we called about cleaning and rubbish removal, they mentioned extra costs. We had to ask cleaners in the building for fresh towels and toilet paper when we happened to see them, since they only seemed to clean after flats were vacated. There was construction right next door, which nobody told us about. If you plan to spend the day in your room, expect to keep the windows shut and use earplugs. We were out visiting holy sites most of the time and only came back to eat, bathe, and sleep, or this would've been a nightmare. Although advertised as walking distance to Masjid E Nabawi, it's about a 45-minute to an hour walk in the hot sun. With construction and road closures, every road seemed to have a detour. Taxi drivers took advantage by raising prices, and even the drivers got lost. The advertising is definitely misleading.
