That room had a foul smell so bad we couldn't sleep for even an hour. The toilet was broken, and the bathroom door wouldn't lock. We'd traveled 12 hours to get there, then they put us in what felt like their worst room and wouldn't move us. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I ended up calling the police.

Masallah, the apartment was really clean, and the staff were good too. A nice place to rest.

The location is decent, about a 30-minute walk from the Haram, and they offer daily rentals. But the place was unclean, the staff weren't courteous, and nobody helped us find our way around during the stay.

Al-Baqi' is just a five-minute walk away, and the Haram is very close too. ❣️

The way we were treated was even better than the excellent service. 🤍🌷🍁
