We stayed in December 2019 and check-in went very smoothly. They take all kinds of credit cards, and the rooms are spacious with lockers. It’s a good-value budget hotel, around a five-minute walk from the Haram. The lifts get quite crowded at prayer times, though, and I wouldn’t recommend the buffet if you’re expecting Asian-style flavors. Most of the other guests seemed to be Indonesian tourists.

Good price for a three-star hotel.

It’s roughly four or five hotel blocks from the Nabawi Mosque, so the location isn’t far off. For a limited budget, we found it very comfortable, and even as a three-star hotel it was more than enough for us.

The receptionist, Sultan Al-Juhani, and the location near the Prophet's Mosque were the only positives. The room felt cramped and wasn't clean, while the price was far too high. Everything else was terrible, and I wouldn't return.
