For the price, this was a very good stay. The rooms were clean, and the budget hotel had a quiet, organized feel. All six escalators in the building worked, making it easy to get around. It’s close to Al-Madinah Mosque and the everyday amenities you need. Staff were kind and helpful. Thanks for a pleasant visit.

The bathroom was so dirty I couldn’t bring myself to go in and wash my hands after eating. There was no hot water from the taps either, so I had to take cold showers every morning, even at Fajar prayer time. It was uncomfortable and stressful. Staff were rude, careless and uncooperative. The woman at reception didn’t speak English and showed no interest in listening to basic concerns or helping. The service was extremely poor. This place lacks basic cleanliness, hospitality and professionalism. I strongly advise against staying here. Save your money and peace of mind.

The hotel is a short walk from the Haram, which made our Madina visit much easier. Staff were welcoming, respectful and ready to help, and the flexible check IN And Out was a nice touch. I was amazed at how much they handled with only one person at reception, though adding staff could cut waits at busy times. The website could be more informative and easier to use. Still, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

I wish I could give zero stars. The reception was the worst, service was awful, and the rooms were extremely dirty. The washroom stank like it hadn’t been washed since the 1950s. We made the mistake of ignoring reviews on Agoda and booking.com. I don’t know how to leave reviews on those sites, or I would have given zero there too. This hotel should be gone from Medina. It ruined my whole experience there. I’m trying to stay calm only because I’m in Medina.

I booked through Booking.com and dealt with a very unprofessional man at reception. He was rude, didn’t speak English and showed no interest in listening to basic concerns or helping. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Service was extremely poor, and staff were rude, careless and completely uncooperative. It lacks basic cleanliness, hospitality and professionalism. I strongly recommend not staying here. Save your money and peace of mind, it isn’t worth it.
