Artal Taibah Hotel

Getting to nearby facilities, transport, and important places was easy, which added a lot of convenience. Artal Taiba Hotel’s location worked well for me. My room felt calm and relaxing, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after long days. It was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the amenities were arranged neatly and worked as they should. Housekeeping kept it fresh and tidy every day. The staff were respectful and attentive, and they responded quickly whenever I needed something. They were polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile. I found the hotel comfortable and pleasant, and the service was great. It could suit families, solo travelers, or business guests. I really enjoyed the stay, would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean place, and would choose it again.

I wasn’t very satisfied with my stay at Artal Taiba Hotel, Madinah. Although it looks close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, a highway lies between the hotel and the mosque, so walking there comfortably isn’t really possible. You have to rely on the shuttle bus or take a taxi. There were also few nearby places to eat, and the room felt cramped and small, especially for a longer visit. Cleaning was average and could be better. The staff’s attitude was disappointing and less welcoming than I expected in a city known for hospitality. I hope management improves both service and the guest experience.

The shuttle impressed me. It drops you at the underground parking area, then you take an escalator up and come out right by the green dome 😍. The hotel is quite close to Nabawi Shareef too. If you go straight across from the hotel, you end up outside the Rawdah near jannat ul baqi. We got our room quickly, and the staff were really nice. Excellent hotel, I can’t really fault it.

The other staff were friendly and helpful, though the Arab staff at the front desk weren’t very friendly. We only found out about the coffee shop on our last day, so it would’ve been nice if someone had told us about the amenities. Everything else was okay, but the bathroom had nowhere to put soap or shampoo. You had to leave them on the floor or hold them while washing, which was difficult.
