Dyar Sultana

The rooms were very clean, and all three staff members made sure they were spotless for new arrivals. The staff were also very helpful. Shakeel at reception was a star, as were Abdur Rahman and Buksh. Compared with other apartments, this one was very good. We had hot water too, which isn't available in some of them.

I arranged things a day before arriving, using WhatsApp at the phone number listed on the information page, and that coordination made check-in very smooth. I spent the first night in a basement unit, then moved the next day to a better first-floor unit when one became available. I had a very good check-in and the first two days went well while I got settled. I'm still staying here as I write this. Shakeel has been outstanding throughout. He speaks English, responds to my questions, and helps solve problems.

For my family's Umrah trip, I found the accommodation clean and comfortable. Shakeel was a big help with communication and other facilities, and I really appreciate his support. The one problem we ran into was that Visa cards aren't accepted. That should be fixed.

I was grateful for Shakeel's wonderful service during a medical emergency. I needed to stay there because the hotel was near Madina cardiac center, and he helped us so much and managed everything we needed. We originally booked four days, but had to extend. Even though the hotel was at full capacity, he helped extend the booking and arrange another room without any hassle. JazakAllah.
