Housekeeping kept my room spotless and well maintained throughout the stay. I’d especially like to recognize Khurshid and Saiful. Whenever I needed anything, they responded quickly, were courteous and genuinely caring, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and valued. Their attitude and dedication made a real difference. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with amenities and facilities guests may need, and it’s conveniently close to the mosque. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. I had an excellent stay and would gladly return. I’m very grateful for the hospitality, and would highly recommend the hotel to visitors in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Emaar Hotel, thanks in large part to the housekeeping team. Imrul and Kauser were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. They took excellent care of us and made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend them, and thank them for their hard work and dedication.

The restaurant food is tasty, but during Ramadan it gets extremely busy and finding a seat for iftar can be difficult. The room was a large disability room, with comfortable beds and a good shower. The windows wouldn’t open, which was the downside. The ladies' side of Haram is a fantastic location, with more shops and malls nearby if you want shopping and amenities. The men's side is a better fit if you want fewer distractions. Staff were nice and service was good. For the price, I’d stay again.

I especially want to thank Abu Taher Mesbah, who guided and supported us throughout and made the stay easier and more comfortable. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful, and the service was outstanding. Amaar Royal Hotel was comfortable, with clean, well-maintained rooms and a peaceful feel. Being near the 25 Gate of the Prophet’s Mosque made the location very convenient. My experience there in Medina was truly excellent, and I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting. Special thanks again to Abu Taher Mesbah for his wonderful service.

The rooms were spacious, tidy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Emaar Royal Hotel Medina was clean, well maintained, and had a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Its location close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi made prayers and visits to the Prophet’s Mosque easy. Staff were respectful, friendly, and ready to help, which made everything smooth and pleasant. It’s a great choice for visitors to Medina, and I’d recommend it.
