The room was comfortable, clean, and nice. The Prophet's Mosque is a bit far, but the shuttle service meant that wasn't a problem for me. Good overall.

I had to order everything from room service, even towels, and they were really slow. The rooms themselves were clean and tidy. The hot water in the bathroom runs out partway through a shower, so I ended up having a really cold one. The furniture is old fashioned, and the interior design feels very cheap.

The staff were extremely rude, and the reception wasn't helpful. We booked a flat for five people but were given only four beds. After telling them five times and waiting three hours, we got one ordinary-thickness mattress for the floor. They refused when we asked for another so we could make a double bed. The intercom phone didn't work, and the toilet was not okay. A very bad experience.

The bathroom setup is a real problem: there's a cable right above the shower head, which seems like an electrical shock risk. When you shower, water spreads across the toilet and pretty much the whole bathroom floor because there's no curtain or barrier. The room itself is nice, though, with a big double bed, a fridge, and AC. It has no windows.
