The restaurant really made the stay for me. The food was delicious, and Chef ✨Sayed Abdel Hakim was creative, professional, and made the place feel warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is excellent and very close to the Haram, which is so convenient. Many thanks to the chef for a lovely experience. ❤️❤️

We felt so well looked after here. Mr Pervez Khan was always ready to help and made sure we had what we needed, and everyone was patient and incredibly friendly. It’s also very close to masjid Nabawi. The restaurant staff were lovely and kind, and did so much for us. We’d definitely try to stay again In Sha Allah. ❤️

Omar Farouk from housekeeping did a great job, making up our very clean room nicely each day. The only thing keeping me from giving this hotel five stars was the lift service. There are just three lifts, and they get extremely busy after salah prayer.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Getting to the prophet's mosque was easy, only about a two-minute walk from this conveniently located hotel. The small, compact lift was my one gripe, especially when it got crowded around prayer times.

Umar Farooq on Floor 7 was courteous and attentive, and the housekeeping staff were excellent. Ahmed Mustafa, the electrician, also kindly fixed the power sockets in our room, and did it efficiently. The stay was comfortable and pleasant, with a great location close to Masjid-e-Nabawi (Gate 338).
