The location is the best part: it’s strategic and just 150 meters from Nabawi mosque. I liked staying here, and the food nearby was delicious. The WiFi was good too, but the room cleanliness was very poor.

Being close to El Masjid Al Nabawi was the best thing about this hotel. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and well maintained, but the hallways and our room weren’t. The sheets needed changing, nobody checked with us about room service or took out the trash, and the TV didn’t work.

We had a really bad stay. The hospitality was poor, and the people at the food counters spoke rudely. I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room ceilings leaked, people smoked on the floors, and female guests didn’t feel comfortable on any floor. Staff behavior was terrible, and if anyone raised the issues, they started threatening them. They wouldn’t refund the money if you asked to cancel the room. The quality was the worst. If you’re from Pakistan, don’t book here. This may be the worst hotel in all of Madinah.

Rocky was genuinely helpful, and the shawarma guy outside the lobby was reasonably good. Rocky has a lot to do, though, and limited time. Apart from the hotel being close by, nothing impressed me. The WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms, and reception staff aren’t ready to help. The Indians working there act like they’re Saudi, while the Saudi staff member acts like he’s the boss. Next time I come, I hope the rooms are properly cleaned, towels are there, and the WiFi is working.
