Mr Abdullah made a great first impression after my long journey. He was welcoming, very hospitable, and spoke excellent English. The reception area was immaculate, and my room was the best I’ve stayed in in Medina. The design feels current, with care put into even the small details. I’ll make this my regular hotel when I return to Medina.

The neighborhood is pleasant, with restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies all within walking distance. To get to El Haram, you’ll need a taxi or Uber, usually around 20-30 Riyal, and rush hour can add time. The hotel itself is modern, spacious, very clean, and has brand new furniture. The staff were cheerful, generous, and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Abdallah ElGhamdy at reception.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made an already comfortable stay even better. My room was tidy and well maintained, and the sheets and towels were fresh and spotless. Room service was excellent, and I liked having a smart TV too. I’d happily come back and would recommend the hotel.

It’s a bit away from the town centre, but taxis are easy to get, and the location is handy for the train station and airport. The rooms are large, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They checked us in early and were always up for a chat or offering advice. The free Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby were a nice touch.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was lovely and very clean, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel is about 15 minutes by car from masjid an nabawwi, though traffic can be heavy, so plan for that. Walking takes about an hour.
