The rooms are spacious and the location is good, but parking is a big problem if you're traveling locally. There doesn't seem to be any nearby parking, paid or otherwise, apart from the mosque parking, which is still some distance away. Services aren't very effective, though that's in line with what you'd expect from a two-star hotel, and the price is about right for that category.

A small, cozy place with comfortable rooms and a convenient location. The water in the hallways tastes good and makes it easy to refill clean bottles. I only wish each room had a chair. The hairdryer didn't work either.

The service was awful. When my mom called, they actually hung up on her. The bed was dirty and had a hair on it, and I felt itchy all night. I wouldn't be surprised if bed bugs had bitten me. If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd give.

The one real plus is how close it is to Masjid al Nabawi. Still, I wouldn't stay here again with so many other choices nearby. The front desk staff were very rude and unhelpful, the bathtub drain was clogged, and the thermostat was dead but kept the AC running until the room got too cold.

I could see the prophet’s dome (May peace be upon him) from my room window, and the location was amazing. The room itself was fine, but dealing with the staff was not: they were extremely rude and unhelpful, and it took three hours to get our keys at check-in. The Wi-Fi didn't work in my room, and nobody came even after I raised the issue repeatedly. I'd look for another place.
