Hafawah Resort

We stayed here long term, and the workers were cooperative throughout. Soboj from the gym area was always around, whether we were at the gym, play area, or mosque. Bell boys Dhanraj and Nahid were quick and helpful with transportation. Bahadur and his whole housekeeping team kept the rooms clean and comfortable. Alamin took great care of the kids at the pool, so we felt at ease when they used it alone. Receptionists, especially Abdul Aziz and the rest of the team, were very respectful and answered all our questions. The service was better than what we’ve had at other five-star hotels. The pool was the one problem. It was clean, but the water was extremely cold, like a five-degree Celsius cold sauna, and unbearable. There’s no pool heater, so it’s unusable from October until summer. We also saw chlorox cubes in the water. It’s too acidic, made our eyes hurt and skin very dry, so we stopped using the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hafawah Resort. The housekeepers went above and beyond, especially Nahid (Nahid), who was always smiling and very helpful.

The facilities are great, and the hotel is good. Staff were very polite. Special thanks to Abdul azeez and his team. I highly recommend it.

Mr rayan and Mr Abdul Aziz were a big help during my stay. I’ll definitely return because of them.
