They charge far too much for what they provide. The facilities and service are substandard, and the rates don't seem justified. The double bedroom had four single beds crammed in, leaving hardly any space to move, and the room was extremely small and poorly managed. We kept asking for washroom slippers, but staff ignored us, and basic washroom accessories were missing. The service felt negligent and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We needed five beds for our booking of four adults and one child aged 8, but the room had only four. Reception was also slow because just one staff member was handling it, and the hotel didn't have proper guest parking. More concerning, a key card assigned to one room could open another room, which raises a serious security and privacy issue. Please address these problems and provide accommodation that matches the booking. Don't try come here.

We were told rooms hadn't been cleaned and there weren't enough staff, which inconvenienced guests who had already reserved. Although we waited at reception for an hour, it was almost two hours before we got a room key. Meanwhile, guests paying cash were being given rooms straight away while those with confirmed bookings faced unnecessary delays. Please look into this and take action.

Everything else was perfect, especially the location for frequent visits to the Prophet's Mosque and getting to all salah on time. Parking was the one problem: I stayed over three days and never got a space.
