Hostel Safa Park

Abu Sufyan at Safa Pak Hotel (Safa Park Hotel Madinah) made a real difference to our stay. He handled check-in smoothly, suggested trusted local drivers, and was attentive when we had an issue with a noisy room. He arranged an immediate upgrade for our family, so we could have a quieter stay with young children. The hotel is about 900 meters from Prophet's Mosque, which made getting to prayers and nearby sites convenient, especially during a busy pilgrimage period. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds, free WiFi, air-conditioning and a safe, and housekeeping came daily. It felt calm and family-friendly, and was a comfortable option for Umrah.

Abu Sufian gave us a warm welcome and was friendly and helpful throughout. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location and general atmosphere were good too. We had a great stay, with everything feeling just right. Thanks to him for the excellent service and hospitality.

Abu Safyan, the bellman, was especially welcoming, professional, and helpful, always ready with a smile. His support made my time at Safa Park Hotel even more pleasant. The service was outstanding, and the stay felt comfortable and well organized. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend the hotel for its quality service.

The hotel service overall was awesome. My only bad experience was with Manager Waseem, who was rude and arrogant. I don't think he deserves his post. My advice to the head of department is to train him on how to treat customers if you want good reviews.
