The room was filthy and stinky, and the bathroom smelled bad too. There was no WiFi connection. I was told I’d have to sit outside the room to use the internet. The service was really bad, no towel was provided, and the blankets smelled awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

In Medina MUNAWAR, it’s about a 5-8 minutes drive to the grand Masjid. You can take the lift or stairs. Comfortable, and worth the price.

The blankets were torn in several places, and the service from staff was the worst. The person at the counter was extremely unprofessional. The cost is high, and you can get a good deal anywhere in madina for a similar price.

The WiFi was really bad. It seemed like they had one router in the corridor for maybe 50 people. The staff weren’t helpful, and I think there was one bellboy who was completely disrespectful to guests. There wasn’t even tissue or a towel in the room. I haven’t seen a hotel like this before. If you’re thinking of booking a room there, be careful and double-check.

The rooms are big, with two bathrooms that were okay but not that great, and a kitchen if you want to cook something. The staff were great and there were no issues with them. We stayed three days, and for the price we paid, it was great value. Haram is a bit far, but it’s about a 20-minute walk or a 2-minute drive. Overall, perfect value for money.
