Sunday Millennia Hotel

My reservation was confirmed and paid for, but when I arrived for my four-night stay, I was told there were no rooms and that I'd be moved to another hotel far away. I later found out at least three other guests had the same thing happen, which made it seem like a repeated way to push guests toward their other distant hotels. The replacement hotel was far from the places I needed to visit, so I had extra transport costs. Its location felt unsafe to me, and the property was old and below my expectations, with lower quality than the hotel I had originally booked. When I asked for compensation for the trouble, nobody helped. They kept saying there was nothing they could do because the hotel was full. This felt dishonest and unprofessional.

The service was awful. My room wasn't cleaned or made up, and hygiene was poor. Reception didn't respond and nobody answered the phone. Very unprofessional, third class.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the hotel is just down the road from Kingdom Sky Bridge. Downstairs there's also a nice spot to get coffee. Breakfast had lots of choices, the rooms were spacious for the price, and the staff were friendly and really nice.

The WiFi was very bad, and breakfast was the same each day. Housekeeping missed things, with no vacuuming and limited water provided. There was no laundry service, and I found it expensive for what it offered. A very poor hospitality experience.
