I usually choose five-star hotels, so this regular hotel was a first for me. The reception team and other people there served guests like real five stars. I especially want to mention Anwar and Asmaa. It was an enjoyable stay. All respect and appreciation. Mohammed mayas...........
The room, bathroom, and lounge/kitchen were neat and very clean, with beautiful, modern finishings. The ladies at the front desk were amazing, friendly, and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and this is definitely the hotel to book when you’re in Madinah. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.
We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. Ms. Samah at the front desk was especially kind and professional. We had an incredible stay and can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which made the hotel convenient for both work and a holiday. The airport and Haram Mosque are also within easy taxi reach. Public transport is available close by, though there isn't a bus service directly to the hotel.
