MADEN Hotel

Hotel Maden refused to cancel our booking and refund us even though the ongoing war in the Middle East has made flights unavailable and travel unsafe and impossible. Airlines and many other hotels are offering full refunds. During a crisis, that lack of understanding and compassion feels unacceptable. Think carefully before booking if you expect flexibility in an emergency. This left me feeling they value guests very little once they've received the money.

I didn't stay overnight, but I had a function there for five days, and it was worth every penny. The hotel offers top notch service and is about a five minute walk from Masjid Al nabawi. Even the lovely scent inside made me happy without realizing it. I'll come back to Maden.

The convenient location and excellent breakfast, with plenty of fresh choices each morning, added to the comfort of the trip. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere felt warm and peaceful. The staff were kind, professional, and helpful throughout. I had a wonderful five-star stay at Maden Hotel in Madinah and would definitely return. Highly recommend it for a visit to Madinah.

The location is strategic, and everyone from the lobby to the restaurants was friendly and happy to help. The rooms were the downside, especially the toilet. It really needs a proper scrub.
