Housekeeping missed a lot of hair on the carpet even after the room had been cleaned. That lack of attention added to an already disappointing stay, especially for flight crew who need reliable support. The laundry pickup and return were late, leaving us with two days’ worth of items. Then they wouldn’t accept the extra load, even though their delay had caused it. At 10:30 PM I also tried to order room service and was refused. They told me to wait for the sahur buffet at 12:30 AM, despite my last meal having been at 3 PM the previous day. Being asked to wait another two hours because they were busy showed little guest care or flexibility. Airport pickup was unreliable too. We gave the exact arrival time and notified the hotel 30 minutes ahead, but still waited 30-50 minutes at the airport after long duty hours. Service coordination and responsiveness need significant improvement.

I travel often for work around the middle east and stay in reputable hotels, but rarely get welcomed with fruit and a handwritten greeting. That personal touch made a difference. The rooms were clean and spacious, as I’d expect from Radisson, and everyone from check in to reception was very welcoming. Customer service is part of my profession, and they covered all the boxes. Thank you for the great service.

The waiters were quick, professional, friendly, and respectful, and shrief was always ready to help with a positive attitude. You could tell he cared about the guests’ experience. I really appreciated it. Mostafa at the view restaurant also helped sort out food issues for me. He was polite, attentive, smiling, and made sure everything was right. His kindness and professionalism made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service.

Mohammad Jehad stood out for his work, and the staff in general were friendly and ready to help at any hour. They clearly put effort into making guests comfortable. The restaurant service was excellent, with attentive waiters who handled orders promptly. Breakfast had plenty of variety, including local dishes and international options. The Radisson Madinah is close enough to the city’s main attractions to reach them on foot or by taxi. Check-in was quick and easy, and reception staff were polite, helped with luggage, and explained the accommodation. My room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with fresh, soft bedding. I was pleasantly surprised by the mini-bar selection of drinks and snacks, and the Wi-Fi was stable and fast. I left with a very positive impression. It’s a good choice if you want comfort, attentive staff, and quality service.
