The dining room was clean and comfortable for a family meal, and the food arrived hot, fresh, and generously portioned. The flavors felt authentic, and the presentation was lovely. What made our visit memorable was the care from Mr. Badar and Mr. Irfan. They were polite, attentive, quick to help, and professional throughout. Mr. Badar's respectful, upbeat manner and Mr. Irfan's calm dedication made us feel welcome. Their teamwork really showed, and they made an ordinary dinner feel special. We would happily come back to New Madina Hotel for the food and their hospitality.

The hotel is decent and has the usual things you'd expect, though it sits nearer the men's side of Masjid Nabawi, so women should allow for a 15+ minute walk. The reason I'd book again was breakfast. Every morning it was fantastic, and the food Taufeeq (if I remember correctly) made was the best part of the stay. It tasted far better than breakfast I'd had at a five-star hotel before, where the dishes looked nice but were below average. Insha’Allah, next time I visit Madinah I'll ask whether Taufeeq is working before booking. It really was that good.

Breakfast had a nice range of local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious, and the restaurant team were friendly and attentive. My room was clean, comfortable, and kept tidy each day. The bed was especially welcome after long days of worship. New Madinah Hotel is also an easy walk from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, which made getting to prayers convenient. The staff were professional and helpful, and the whole stay felt pleasant. I'd recommend it to people visiting Madinah for Umrah or Ziyarah. Thanks, Mr. Berkat Hussein & Ali etc.

Sehri became something to look forward to thanks to Chef Tawqeer's fresh, flavorful food. The dishes were warm, nicely presented, and consistently made with care each morning. Barkat, our Sehri waiter, was just as lovely. Even at that early hour, he greeted us with a big smile and such good manners, kept checking if we needed anything, and served us calmly and kindly. Their attention and welcoming nature made the atmosphere feel peaceful during our stay in Madinah. May they both be rewarded for their efforts. A lovely experience at New Madinah Hotel. 🌙✨

The rooms were spacious and clean, with good facilities, and the lifts were quick. The hotel is conveniently close to the Haram. Breakfast had a tasty selection, so I'd recommend it. Every staff member, from management to the general team, was helpful and accommodating. Thanks to the restaurant staff, Mr Barkat, Mr Bader, Mr Ripon and Mr Ali, and to Chef Taouqeer for the exceptionally tasty food. My first choice for a stay in the Blessed city of Madina.
