I had a great two-night stay. The room was clean and had all the amenities, and the price felt fair, especially with freshly cooked breakfast included. An Uber to the Haram is easy to get and costs 15 SAR, which I think is pretty fair too. Najwa at reception was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help and book me in. Big hands 🙌 for her. Thanks again, I’d definitely stay here in the future and highly recommend the place. Regards, Naeem Ahmad

The staff were kind and friendly, and I loved hearing the expression " You got it". The bathrooms were old, though, and room service was slow to respond.

Huda at the front desk made my stay stand out. She went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed and greeted me with a genuine smile every day. You don’t often find service that considerate. The rooms were comfortable and the atmosphere welcoming too. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
