Rest Inn

My wife is pregnant, and after traveling from overseas we were told to leave within five minutes. We'd booked the luxury mountain view room well in advance, but on arrival they gave us a different room. I showed them the booking, but they didn't care and told us to cancel if we weren't happy. There wasn't even an apology. When I go to Masjid al haram, I will pray to Allah (swt) to PUNISH everyone working there who did this to us. Allah (SWT) knows everything, and you will be punished. Do not book this hotel.

I booked a room a month before my ummrah trip, and they confirmed it. Then, just before I was due to fly this month, they cancelled the booking and refunded me. I've messaged them and got no response. I assume they overbooked and gave my room to someone paying more, though I don't know for sure. If that's what happened, I ask Allah to deal with them. Do not book here.

I asked for the room to be cleaned on my third day, but they never did it and kept ignoring me. I stayed for five days. The receptionist wasn't professional.

I've stayed in hotels around the world, but I've never seen staff so uninterested or service so poor. They manipulate prices. Local employees sit behind their desks staring at their phones like zombies and don't greet guests passing by. The cleaning staff get shouted at and humiliated in front of guests, which is simply inhumane. There weren't any hangers or hooks for clothes in the room. For what they charge, I should have checked into a 5* hotel instead. Once, and never again.
