Rotana Al Manakha Madinah

The food was absolutely amazing, soooooo good! The night security guard was especially polite and supportive, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. My requests were handled quickly, which made the stay more comfortable. The room was extremely clean and well maintained, with great attention to hygiene. Its location is very nearby to Masjid-e-Nabawi. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

You can look straight at Masjid Nabawi from the room, which made the perfect location feel even more special. The rooms were very clean, and everyone was kind and welcoming. The lobby café is beautiful and luxurious, with nice coffee and delicious pastries. Qasim and Mohamed ismael were very kind and helpful when they assisted us there.

Mizan ( the best of the best ), Ali, Geyasuddinand and Rubel made such a difference. Their smiles, attention to detail, and thoughtful care felt like being looked after by family. Raffi also cleaned every day with a big Smile. Thank you to them and the whole team for a wonderful stay. The reception and restaurant staff made me feel respected, listened to, and welcome from the first day. The restaurant service each morning was outstanding, with real kindness as well as professionalism. My room was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the common areas were pleasant. The comfort and organization were excellent too. I highly recommend this hotel.

There’s a Lulu Market in the basement, so getting what you need is easy. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and Mr. Ajmal was very helpful serving the food and making the meal more enjoyable. This was my first stay at the Rotana Hotel Madina. Al Haram is only a 4-5 minute walk away, and the location is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.
