Diyar Ajwa, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

The location is perfect, less than a two-minute walk from the holy mosque. We stayed from the 5th to 7th march during Ramadan, and the room was new, immaculate, well furnished, and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable sofa and bed. At check-in the staff proactively helped with an early check-in and quickly offered to take our luggage to the room. Both times I requested housekeeping during the stay, they came earlier than expected. The restaurant served great suhoor, and the team helped with menu choices and drinks. The guest relations manager also asked each guest for feedback on improving the customer experience.

The comfort of the rooms and the care from Mohamed Yaseen made this stay especially nice for our family. Our cleaner went the extra mile to keep us happy, and everyone from check-in to our porter and the Resturant staff was memorable and exceptional. Diyar Ajwa is a brand new hotel by Hilton, and it feels like a new standard in Madinah Tayyiba. The decor and ambiance are amazing, and we loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet. Dinner was hot and fresh, with no waiting in long lines at eateries, so we could just enjoy it. The welcome coffee and Karak tea were among the best I've ever had. I was impressed at every step at this gem of a hotel in the holy city, with dining that looks out over the Masjid.

Being so close to the women's entrance of Masjid an-Nabawi has made prayers much easier, especially at Fajr and Isha. I'm staying at Diyar Ajwa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Madinah now, and the place has been comfortable, clean, well run, and thoughtfully located. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Madinah. The hotel is new and extremely clean, which you notice as soon as you walk in. The rooms and common areas feel fresh, well maintained, and comfortable after long days at the Masjid. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, have been kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They've made the stay smooth and stress free, and I feel welcome here.

Close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the location made it easy to get to the mosque for prayers. I had a pleasant stay at Diyar Ajwa Hotel. A special compliment to the Level 12 housekeeping team, especially Easin Arafat and Shakhaoat. They were friendly, polite, and professional, and the housekeeping was excellent. They always made sure the room stayed clean and comfortable. Thanks for the great hospitality.
