Shaza Regency Plaza Al Madinah Hotel

The Sahoor buffet was one of the best parts of our stay. There was plenty of choice, and the food was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Mr. Rashid served us generously and made sure everything was just right. His kind hospitality made the meal even better. Shaza Regency Plaza Hotel, Madinah has a calm atmosphere and excellent facilities, and our family found it beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming for a visit to Madinah, especially for Umrah. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The care taken with cleanliness and details made it a pleasant place to relax. A great five-star experience, and I recommend it for families.

I was worried after reading some reviews, but the service here was excellent and welcoming. Abdullah and Abdulrahman at reception took great care of customers. Even with a crowd, the lobby was managed well, and there were welcome drinks. My agency had first booked me at another hotel in the same company. I waited in that lobby for a room and saw that reception staff weren't smiling or showing care, and the concierge seemed racist and unhelpful. There was a crowd, the elevator got stuck, and it took an Engineer 20 minutes to arrive and fix it. I got scared and asked my agency to change hotels. I had to pay some difference, but I never regretted it. The room service offers and promotions are worth trying. Trust me, the food is as affordable as eating outside, with good portions and service. The broasted chicken and meat byriani were both delicious. Breakfast had many options and an egg live station. The manager kept checking that everything was running smoothly. With the crowd today, they opened buffet areas on both the 1st floor and the M floor, and things were organized well there too. Housekeeping on our 2nd floor was helpful and did a good job, always with a genius smile. Thanks to everyone for the effort. It doesn't go unnoticed. Keep it up. This is five-star service, even if the hotel got downgraded to three. With service like this, you can surely make it five.

The team on Floor 10 made sure we had everything we needed and were attentive, professional, and caring throughout. Thanks especially to Ghulam Mohammad, Rakib, and Mamon for making us feel so welcome and well looked after. We had an awesome stay at the Regency Place, and that service made it unforgettable. We'll definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The location was great, very close to the entrance at Masjid Nabawi, gate 333. Our room and bed were nice, and I felt comfortable throughout the stay. There wasn't anything I disliked. Thanks to all the hotel staff for the exceptional service. Ghulam was especially helpful and kept making sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again if we visit Medina, insyAllah.
