The front desk service was excellent. We arrived late, and the woman working there was professional, very kind, and went out of her way to help. We really appreciated that after a long journey. During our two-night stay, though, the room felt cramped, and noise carried clearly between rooms. We could hear the neighbors so much that it was hard to get enough rest after a long travel day. Breakfast choices were quite limited. Cleanliness also needs a lot of attention, especially in the bathrooms, which fell short of basic expectations.

The rooms were great and service acceptable. There are plenty of shops and coffee places nearby, though it's about a 17-minute drive to Alharam. The toilet drain was awful, with water collecting instead of draining properly.

The place is really nice, with a free open buffet breakfast and very good food. Service was insanely good, especially from the waiter (muhmod). Ask for something and he gets it in seconds, even when the portion is empty.

There were bugs in the hotel, and I wouldn’t tell anyone to stay there. I’ve attached photo and video proof. I’ve stayed in places around the world, but this was the first time I’d ever run into something like this in a hotel. I never expected it in this country.
