I regretted booking this hotel. The receptionist's behavior was the worst part of my stay: she was provocative and disrespectful and didn't care about guests' comfort. The experience was very bad, and I definitely won't stay here again.

One employee's discourteous, uncooperative attitude made my hotel stay very bad. Staff represent the hotel, and behavior like that can harm its reputation. They should take more care when choosing employees.

I won't visit again. The phone in the room was broken, and there was no mobile number to call from inside. Service was very slow, and the treatment, especially from the Saudi employee at reception, was bad. The stay was far worse than I expected.
