Golden Night Hotel

Modir, Tamer Darhouse was very nice and well behaved. The hotel and management are excellent, thank you.

The front desk service was very poor, and the staff seemed to know little about hosting. One employee confused the option for one room with the option for two, and I had to pay extra because of that mistake.

The Moroccan restaurant staff were helpful, and I liked the design and decorations. It's also easy to reach the property. But finding a parking spot is very difficult, and there are so few spaces that you may have to park far away, with a risk of road accidents. The room and stay amenities weren't explained well. There were noisy odors and a smell of wood that could worsen asthma. The kitchen was empty and didn't work, and amenities and services were limited. Breakfast had few items and was available for a limited time. The TV had few channels, most of them rated above 18. Neither the WiFi nor mobile internet worked, with mobile coverage unavailable too. When I tried to discuss the problems, the front desk responded poorly. For the price, the risks and weak service are hard to justify.

I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Najran. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable, with great beds and a nice Sala and sofas. The reception and lobby were clean and cozy, and entry felt safe, with staff checking temperature and tawakalna. The reception team was hospitable too.
