All the staff were great, and being looked after so well makes me want to return. The service comes with a smile from some of the kindest people I've met, and they take pride in what they do. I also want to recognize managers Mr. Abdulsalam and Mr. Jamal for their guest support and care.

I liked the way they look after guests. The welcome at reception was warm, and the rooms were clean and reasonably priced. When they clean, they do a thorough job and leave your things alone. The refrigerator had chargeable chocolate and drinks, plus four complimentary bottles of water and plenty of green and red tea bags for free.

Mr. Abdullah, the hotel owner, is very nice and takes care of his guests. The staff are courteous, and I found the place very comfortable. A great stay overall.

I spent quite a while there, and it was a pleasant stay. The room and services were great, but the cooperative staff were the best part.

It feels like our home in Najran. Mr. Gamal and Mr. Abdulsalam were friendly and welcoming, with kind, hospitable smiles. I really like this place and hope they keep maintaining and improving the hotel.
