Rabigh Park Hotel

The hotel seemed a little remote and out of place at first, but the facilities and other things a guest might want were of a very high standard. We were a group of over 60 riders taking part in a charity cycling ride to raise money for Orphans of Palestine, and the hotel handled our one-night stay without the service or standards becoming a concern, even though we occupied most of the property. At arrival, Yazeed Al Sayed at reception and the restaurant manager were both friendly, helpful, and professional. The team prepared a full buffet dinner and breakfast the next morning. Hospitality was amazing and the food outstanding. I can hardly fault the place, and would definitely stay here again if I needed accommodation in the area. Highly recommend.

A nice place with good rooms and an awesome breakfast. The downside is that it's away from the local market.

Karin was the one bright spot today. She was kind and showed genuine concern, and I hope the establishment recognizes her and brings that standard of service across the team. The buffet experience was disappointing, despite our anticipation and previous visits. While fasting for Ramadan, we had real difficulty getting food because staff seemed more focused on making social media content than on guests. Most staff showed little empathy or professionalism, and wouldn't accommodate our dietary needs during an important religious observance. Food also wasn't replenished, which frustrated and inconvenienced many diners, especially those fasting. As a loyal customer, I hope steps are taken so this doesn't happen again. Respect for different religious practices and attention to customer satisfaction should be basic priorities. We hope future visits, especially during Ramadan, feel more accommodating and respectful, and that the problems are addressed so the establishment can again be a welcoming place to dine.
