The staff made a real impression with their kindness, flexibility, and genuine hospitality. They handled every request with a smile and made everything feel easy. Aya and Ibrahim took especially good care of us, and we’re grateful to them for making the stay memorable. The food was another highlight. Breakfast and dinner were both outstanding, with traditional dishes that had a distinctive, refined flavor. The hotel’s location was exceptional too, and everything about our stay felt perfect. We’ll definitely be back.

The food at Daren Restaurant was a highlight, especially the dishes from Chef Ayob, Abeeḍ, Ahmad, Besho, and Fadi. The quality, flavors, and presentation were all remarkable. FaY and Alhassan also deserve special thanks for their genuine care, professionalism, and steady support. Their attention to detail, along with the whole InterContinental team, made us feel valued and at home. From the warm welcome through the service throughout our visit, our stay at the InterContinental Red Sea Resort was magnificent. The hospitality was exceptional, and the food was outstanding. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and memorable hospitality.

The beach, marine activities, and spa gave my wife and me a wonderful time, with every moment feeling special and well organized. We were impressed by the natural beauty of Shura Island, the care given to even the smallest details, and the level of service. Experiencing one of the great projects in my beloved country left us genuinely impressed. I believe this destination will become one of Saudi Arabia’s most important tourism icons in the near future. The transportation process was the one difficult part of our visit. We arrived by car, but it was hard to figure out where to park, and pickup took a long time. We noticed other guests having the same problem. As I understand it, transportation is managed by the Red Sea entity rather than the hotel. It would be great to have it fully integrated and included in the hotel rate. We had to deal with several emails and forms just to arrange it, and simplifying the process would make the guest journey smoother. Even with my wife unfortunately sick during the stay, the hotel team and clinic went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. That meant a lot to our family. Our kids had a blast at the beautiful front beach, and a big thank you to the pool lifeguards for organizing games and making pool time so fun for them. Their energy and care really stood out. We also loved the meals. Breakfast and dinner at Darine Restaurant came with delicious Moroccan cuisine and a wonderful atmosphere. Lunch and snacks at Shimes were just as enjoyable for our beach days. Thanks to Mahdi, Hamza, Asiri, and Florina for the great food, warm hospitality, and making us feel at home. Ali Alyami made the stay feel personal and truly special. We spent four amazing nights at InterContinental Red Sea. The island design, views, landscape, and greenery were stunning, with details that felt thoughtfully considered and created such a calm atmosphere. I’ve stayed at many island resorts around the world as an IHG Platinum member, and I can confidently say this is one of the best. The service deserves 10 stars. The transportation issue doesn’t take away from what an incredible, unforgettable stay it was for our whole family. We really look forward to coming back.
