Dome El Nozha

On my first trip to Riyadh, I spent a day and night here with my family. What stood out most was the location, with all the tourist areas of Riyadh easy to reach. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, room service was good, and there was plenty of parking.

The staff weren't professional or helpful, and there was hardly any service. I even had to ask for a towel, while the toiletries provided were very low quality. The place was dirty, the furniture old, and the whole stay was a huge disappointment. Zero out of ten. It felt more like a cheap, dodgy lodge, and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I called reception five times to ask for a hairdryer. They kept saying yes but never brought one. Seriously? The iron was broken too. Alhamdullah, I only had to stay one night. Poor service.

After 25 hours of flying with no sleep, I arrived expecting to check in early because my request and reservation had been confirmed. Instead, I was told there'd been an error and to come back at the usual check-in time. They put me in an apartment different from the one I'd booked. The water heater leaked, leaving the bathroom floor wet all the time. I didn't report it because I just wanted somewhere to crash. Construction out front made me unsure I was at the right building, and there was no sign showing the entrance, so I drove around looking for it. The one good thing was the woman at the front desk, who was very friendly and respectful.
