The general manager handled a small issue I had with a client matter kindly and very professionally. I appreciated the service and would definitely recommend the hotel. It was spotless and in an ideal location.

A great place to stay. They've just started serving breakfast, and the selection is very good.

There's plenty of space, and it's in a quiet residential area with a kitchen too. But cleanliness needs work. The curtains and couch were dirty, and the sheets could have been cleaner, so I'm glad I brought my own.

2/10
The cigarette smell from neighboring rooms was strong, even though I'm a non-smoker. The pillows and mattresses were lumpy, and the sheets and duvets felt prickly, which made for one of my worst hotel stays. The rooms were dark and dingy, and I couldn't open the curtains at all. Stains on the carpet, bathroom floor, and elsewhere were unsettling. The place is old, dated, and poorly maintained, and it badly needs renovation and more enthusiastic staff. The staff couldn't help with any of my requests.

The hot water in the bathroom ran continuously, which surprised me since many hotels in Riyadh don't have that luxury. The breakfast was decent, the rooms were a reasonable size, and the non-smoking rooms were clean and smelled good. For the price, it's a good option if you're saving a few bucks, and it's not far from the city center.
