We're two people traveling from Dammam to Mecca and would like to rest for a little while. How much would three hours cost? It would be helpful to know the price.

It was very noisy, so getting to sleep was difficult. The room was in poor condition, room service was very poor, and there wasn't a good place to park a motorbike.

I had booked a month ahead and tried to contact the hotel several times before arriving, but they never replied. Then, just two days before my arrival, booking.com notified me that the hotel had cancelled my reservation. I was left with little time to find somewhere else during a busy time of year. I'd also told them in my messages that I was traveling with an elderly person and wanted to make sure things were settled so she wouldn't be put under strain. Their handling of the booking was inconsiderate and showed no empathy, on top of the lack of communication. They don't deserve even one star for this. I really wouldn't recommend the place.
