Al Farhan Al Fayha

In Al Faihaa region, this is the best choice. The employees are friendly, and the rooms and studios are very clean. I highly recommend it.

I wouldn't recommend it at all. The budget rooms are absolutely not for you unless you're used to prisons, since they have no window. I later moved to a spacious apartment, but the sewage smell made me ill. Again, not recommended.

The bed was the only good part, and there are supermarkets and places nearby to get a snack or juice. The rest was awful. My reservation listed a balcony, hairdryer, safe, cooking facilities, and plates and spoons, but the room had none of those. There was only a fridge and microwave. When I asked about the missing items, they said the description was old. They never had a balcony, either. No one cleaned the room for 18 days, and most of the staff either barely spoke English or didn't speak it. They brought breakfast without forks, even though they were serving omelet, and told me they didn't have any when I asked. I found a bedbug on the couch. There was also a hole in the living room ceiling, and a huge drop of water once fell next to my laptop. There's a bathroom upstairs. Air seemed to come through from the room above too, because I could smell shampoo or cigarettes from upstairs.

For this price, I couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast was massive and included, the Wi-Fi was good, and the rooms were decent quality. The staff were kind and helpful, and they helped with extra requests like storing my luggage. I was very happy with my stay.
