The water heater wasn’t working during winter, and all they could offer was a dirty bucket of hot water to make my stay easier. I was paying in full and didn’t deserve that treatment. On top of it, nobody at the hotel could speak English. I had a very bad experience, won’t come back, and wouldn’t recommend this place to expats.

The reception staff were not friendly at all, and the Egyptian man there didn’t know how to speak to customers. It was the worst service I’ve ever seen. Really bad service.

I wouldn’t choose this place. The staff weren’t friendly or professional, and there wasn’t a restaurant or Bakala nearby.

It was noisy all night, with a loud buzzing that seemed to come either from the fridge or outside. The room was far from good: stains on the walls and furniture, dirty floors and bathroom, and garbage left by the previous guests.

In general, everything was great. A few rooms could use some repair work on cracks and a repaint.
